There were inaccuracies in a couple of posts but the IBM-Main team did correct
them and, in the end, have the right information.
Don't try to intermix discussing authorization if fetched from the LNKLST with
discussing authorization if fetched from STEPLIB/JOBLIB. They are unrelated.
