thinks that BASH in and of itself will compromise z/OS security.
No, that's not at all what I'm thinking! Shell shock has just been the
trigger to open the long due requirement.

Just my opinion, but since BASH is a port of open source software, I don't
think it can ever be incorporated into USS.
I thought IBM has been delivering BASH as part of AIX for over a decade now,
don't they?
