Yes, this can be done with FDREPORT.
You would probably want to use something like this:

REPORT FIELDS=(DSN,DEVTYPE,DEVCLASS,DATACLAS,STORCLAS,MGMTCLAS)
SORT FIELDS=(DATACLAS)
XSELECT DEVTYPE=TAPE
