When I look at the list of scratch volumes in ISMF, I see lots of volumes with
the status 'REJ BY TAP MGT SYS'
I know that if I alter them and select Scratch, they will be returned to the
scratch pool.
Is there a way to do this in Batch or for all of the volumes in one operation.
