The basic reason for IXC402D on system 1 is that it detected that system XT1K did not update its timestamp in the sysplex control dataset, so system 1 assumes that system XT1K is in trouble. Normally the operator should first SystemReset XT1K and then reply to IXC402D. why does SA immediately

Ask more details about the SA policy. IXC402D is an indication that XT1K stopped operating. You should look for the reason why XT1K stopped. Operator, VM, SA, hardware? Check for a V XCF, XT1K,OFF command on system 1. If XT1K's syslog and Operlog don't give info, you should take a StandAlone
