If it happens again, open a pmr. ISPF uses device type to determine if MIGRAT'x' corresponds to ML'1', ML'2' or ML'C'. Since you are seeing a 'C', but have never targeted 'C'loud object storage, there could be a defect in which the device type is not being set appropriately. Thx. ---
