To complement myself: IZUSVR1 is zOSMF. java.net.UnknownHostException seems to be popular error in Websphere and it most likely can occur because of TCPIP poor configuration. However this error did not occur before the PTFs were applied. I also reviewed again ACTIONs for PTFs - a lot of them,
