ASG bought JCLPrep from Altare Computer Systems some time ago. The original developers are long gone. At one time, it was one of the best because it was the first to allow modification of the JCL from an ISPF screen. It was out-selling most of the JCL tools in the 80s, but now is just one of the wanna-bes.
