IPCS Browse to the address returned by STORAGE OBTAIN says that all bytes in the first page (xxxxx000 to xxxxxFFF) are X'00' and then it says "yyyyy000 to zzzzzFFF storage is unavailable". From this I conclude that the first page is backed.
