I came across a customer the other day who has work classified in SYSSTC1 
and SYSSTC2.

I vaguely recall the ability to classify being taken away between Announce 
and Ship. So I'm wondering how they managed to do that.

This is the only case I've seen (though I have seen SYSSTC* in RMF with no 
work in it several times). Is anyone else doing it?

And the question would be "why?" So far as I can see it gives the same DP 
as SYSSTC. So I discussed with the customer moving the work into SYSSTC 
and leaning on Report Classes a little more.

As this is very rare I thought I'd ask the team for opinions.

And display my ignorance. :-)
