You should make sure that the copyright does not exclude uploading to this site.

I am not sure of the proprietary rights IBM may still have on the document.

May be John Eells can provide guidance on this.

we worked together back in the '70s. He's also one of the best 
programmers I've ever met. I had forgotten that he wrote that. I've
