I've learned that newer releases of Linux for s390x don't take advantage
of the 'Operating system messages' making them hard to configure or find
out if they are doing anything at all after the initial load.

ramdisk, just trying to figure out networking configuration right now.
Nvm figured out the issue. I can now SSH into the mainframe from my
system and can ping the outside world :)
Now all I have to do is sort out storage and I will be-able to install
Linux!
