RCTLACS (SMF70LAC) is the 4-hours rolling average.
RCTLACS*100/RCTIMGWU will give you the percentage of your current 4hra from the
defined capacity.

If we're not mistaken, you should use CNTLT60 for Control-T V6 MDB or CNTLT61
for V6.1 (and higher).
There was a change in the MDB format in 6.1.
