What are the column headers for that table? Is there a table with a column
labeled KL+DL? Kl=range DL Bytes (Max)?
The column is named "Percent Space Used".

DA, and it seems everytime I get regular dataset

Yes, you can allocate a nonVSAM file with a key area; why would you want to?
If you are reading key and data then the block size includes both.
