Right Alt or Shift + space key can toggle English and Hangul mode in
ibus-hangul by default.

I'm ready to give up on bug reporting. You guess the problem is XYZ and
without asking me to test something, you close the original bug

I cannot reproduce your problem.
Probably I think you don't install ibus-gtk2.
