Some of you have noticed trouble connecting to certain sites. This
was an issue caused this morning by an attempt to improve
reachability to RE networks that are not multi-homed with a
commodity link. Our attempts at implementing the improvements didn't

When identifying yourself at the mic, it's completely useless if you

it's as if they're embarassed to say their own name. They certainly
can be loud enough when giving their point.

a whistle in each meeting who could blow the whistle and ask for the
speaker's name when appropriate.
