There was an intent to have a virtual meeting of the JOSE WG on
2013-06-17. The announcement never made it to the IETF announce list.
Because of this that virtual meeting is considered a design team meeting
and not an official virtual interim meeting. As such, all output is
subject to approval, rejection or modification by the WG as a whole.
