As I have done for previous IETFs I just ran getdrafts
(http://tools.ietf.org/tools/getdrafts/) on the entire agenda
and what follows is the output.
Notes
1. Getdrafts only looks one version ahead. If you're more than
that far off, the draft gets reported as missing.
2. Getdrafts' parser isn'

I'm in Dublin and too brain-dead to try to figure out what the problems are,
but I cut-and-pasted the draft names from our tools page URLs, so mediactrl
should be right now...

getdrafts reports three kinds of errors:
- WGs without agendas: As you can see 42/98 WGs have no agendas
two days after the agenda deadline.
- Missing drafts: Drafts on an agenda which can't be found [1]

As an experiment, I ran getdrafts this morning on the entire agenda
and what follows is the output. As you can see, a pretty substantial
number of WGs are without agendas and over 10% of drafts are not
found. Obviously, these could be bugs in getdrafts, but I've
spot checked these and in most case
