so, could you describe a little bit more what and how you make plots and transfer of data between Athena and Artemis? What kind of data you use? *.dat or *.prj? sometimes, the print screens are useful, but please do not attach them directly to the email, but only links to any storage

the answer is that your data file is a pure experimental spectrum (signal=f(energy)) Artemis works with files, already analysed in Athena, as signal vs. k space is. so - you should first analyse your data in Athena, than you should use Athena project file, or pure data in format chi=f(k), and
