For the second think - I don`t know what`s happened, but when I look in
HTML:
- INBOX,COMPOSE,CONTACTS,OPTIONS = charset=ISO-8859-2
- CALENDAR and BOOKMARKS = UTF-8 ?

problem and for now fixed it with changing line
var ajax_enabled=checkXHR(); to var ajax_enabled=false;
in include/js_index.inc
