Hi All,
I have the DVD iso and CD iso (i386 version, 32 bit only) in my PC. If
anybody needs the CD or DVD version, the person can come with blank
media to get it burnt.
I am in the Pappanamcode area.
Available for Linux installation too.
Pl contact after 1815 hrs on working days (Mon to Fri)
Is this page current? If many of the persons installation is done,
this page can be updated.

Hi,
Backtrack is live CD distro, though a vmware image is also
available. I assume that you downloaded the ISO image. Just burn the
image to a CD (don't write as a file) and use it like you would use an
Ubuntu live CD.
Now if want to install BT4 on harddisk, it is possible, but very
risky
