Hi Being new to linux i wanted to know if the 64 bit of ubuntu run on c2d bcoz when i tried to run the ubuntu studio 64 and the ultimate edition 64 on virtual box it said dat it was i686 processor or somethin lyk dat.and if so y is iso always named as ubuntu9.10_amd64..... why is amd being referred der.
