Hi, My friend have a Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop with Vista pre-installed. I convinced him to dual-boot vista and Linux Mint. But, I have no idea about hardware support or any other compatibility issues. Also, as default, how the HDD is partitioned by Dell?!. Which is best way to re- partition and install Linux Mint 7? Someone, please help.
