Create a passive connection with the FTP client. FTP uses random ports
for directory listing which is being blocked by your fw.

I am configuring IPTABLES firewall for multiple vpn

acieving this ,linux kernel need to be patched for vpn
masqerading.The patch is available for kertnel 2.4-19
