Can any body help me in connecting my computer to the internet through dialup. I have
D-Link and GVC external modems. I am attaching logs from Windows and KPPP.
Any help would be deeply appreciated.

there is a setting in Kppp .Click the setup .
Just uncheck the setting wait for dialtone before dialing
disable this or uncheck it.
