I am unable to install jrun 3 sp2 on mandrake 10.0 or
fc2. it is because jrun server is not able to
decompress and some files does not created which are
required. the output is given below.
if anyone of you have faced such situation pls guide
me to overcome this situation.

Hi Sudev,
Ping will only show network disconnection status and not the reason for
disconnection (Like cable unplugged, link down, etc). Ping only echoes data
packets using ICMP which gathers status alone and doesn't gather reason for
failures.

Second would pinging the server IP / Another machine IP show you this?

My system do not boot and says that linux partition is corrupted... Asks for
the administrator password to fix it... When I enters the password it shows the
root user prompt and asks us to fix it
Suggest what to do
