if you mean pgp/gpg signing then it is an authentication method.using your
key you sign your message which can then be verified by the recieveing

I think you'd need to flush your mbr. There are many ways to do this. I
assume you donot have any data on your disk.
1. use DOS formatted bootable floppy, or a win98 startup disk. Copy
fdisk.exe on this diskette. Boot through this floppy and type
]
