never ran JRun before.. What do the *.properties files do in it ?? How
are they created ??
May be you should re-download the setup file, verify it's md5sum and
then proceed.

I am unable to install jrun 3 sp2 on mandrake 10.0 or
fc2. it is because jrun server is not able to
decompress and some files does not created which are
