[ilugd] Problem: Connecting Reliance Terminal phone
I am trying to use Reliance Terminal phone LG350 to connect to internet. I have modprobed usbserial and ftdi_sio but when I plug in the USB connector no /dev/ttyUSB0 or such is created. Messages show that the connector is recognised as uhci_hcd but no link up takes place. lsusb reveals the device as UART-SERIAL from Ark Technology. Google has not revealed anything. Have tried cdc_acm that is used for connecting Samsung phones nor does safe_serial wrok. Pointer and help needed urgently.
