I wonder how much of this kind of wealth from FLOSS is what the
finance minister responsible for ... at the end of the day the finance
minister is responsible and answerable for real hard money - lowering
of fiscal deficit and so on. The kind of wealth that you are talking
about is more of a social nature than monetary (not economic) ... so
even if I agree on the equity of social wealth that FLOSS generates, I
believe you are barking up the wrong tree (only the finance ministry) for the
same ... what you are asking involves the finance, social and various
other departments ... why should only the finance minister be paying
(through subsidies) benefits that other departments enjoy (wealth
sharing=higher standard of living for everybody= lower govt. social
support cost)?
