two small suggestions:
1) no need to write www.linux-delhi.org,
write just linux-delhi.org. with a shorter sentence, you can use a slightly
larger typesize to make it more visible from a distance.

2) don't use the blue color for two reasons:
use the deep ochre/yellow color
How about a Qutub Minar or some thing specific to delhi also in the
picture??
