Hey there,
I've called ipswitch and they have said that they've been working on
this fix ever since we purchased the program. After deleting an alias
or user from the imail server, they still show up when we do LDAP look
ups. People are showing up even though they haven't worked here in
before you delete a user, select hide from info services for the user and apply. this
will hide the user from LDAP so they do not show in a lookup.
They will still be in the person.data file but they will not show when queried.
