On our installation of version 8.11, if a user has preferences set
to 100 messages per page, and the user uses Select All and then presses
Delete, only 61 of the messages will be deleted. This behavior is the same

I can delete about 66 messages when I have it set to 100. I get this
behavior in both 8.0x and 8.1x.

We had the same problem. Apparently it's fixed in 8.12.
We're not using KWM though - so I don't know if that matters.
