[IMail Forum] reroute unknown users

I'm evaluating iMail to replace SLMail. So far, everything looks good except I can't find any setting that will allow iMail to route unknown email. That is, if iMail gets an email addressed to a user not defined in iMail's user database, that email should go to a user that is defined in iMail's
