possibility is to rename the main file and then copy it over to the folder

I use the DOS/CMD copy command to append the old mailbox file to the new
one, e.g.
copy /b d:\imail\newpath\main.mbx + d:\imail\oldpath\main.mbx
Then delete main.srt and main.uid from the new mailbox path.
They are rebuilt automatically the next time the new mailbox is accessed.

Yes, will break the UIDL structure in the finished mailbox in most cases.

What we do is rename and move the box into the mail folder whome needs
access to it. Then they connect through web messaging and sort the mail. It
will show up in web messaging as another mail folder with the new name.
