This link attempts to direct me to: DOMAIN/help/iclient.htm Per KB article http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20060905-JH02.htm : I previously pointed the IClient to X:\ICSFOLDER\WebDir\WebClient in order to remove the /IClient from the URL. There are no files in the IClient/Help folder. Consequently, 404 errors appear in the popup windows and no help is available for the users. For now I'll trust that these files do exist somewhere ... How and where can I obtain them?
