[IMail Forum] Merging mailboxes and Stored mail

I recently merged two mailboxes since I store mail on the server, however when I opened Outlook Express, it downloaded all mail stored. How do I stop the old stored messages form downloading?

Hi, Another issue, when using web mail to remotely administer mail, sometimes when I click on a user and then click on modify user account, I get this message An error occurred. User may not have been deleted. This is odd since the user/s definately were not deleted. What is the issue here?
