Mike, I'm afraid I don't know the answer and can only offer suggestions. As I said, I saw problem like you described with pre-SP4 and IMail Admin, so I guess I'd say go to SP6a as it should be 'better' than SP4. And the comments about Rodopi, were what others had told me and I was only relaying

OK problem solved. I was on the same wave length as you. First. I found buried in the Knowledge base that Imail needs SP5 or greater. SO I updated to SP6a Second. I used a utility program to capture all of the usernames and passwords, and then removed Imail completely. I verified the
