Yep... The solution depends on where you have your IMail database: registry
or external database. For the registry, there is a key value that can be
modified to make the user an admin. For an external database, there's a
similar flag in a database field.
I've forgotten the exact bit mask for
Adduser.exe does not do that. You can either set max messages or max
message size at the domain level and let the user inherit, or use a script
that adds the registry keys for those parameters when setting up the user.
