I use a cool utility called Treesize for this kind of analysis. It is free from 
Jam Software. http://www.jam-software.com/freeware/index.shtml. 

Just run it at the root of your user tree and it will show you the size of each 
folder.

Does anyone know of a report that shows the size of all email boxes?  I
think we have some users with huge email mailboxes, but we have around
10,000 accounts on this server and it would take forever to check each
customer one by one.

Its a program that checks files size/directory size and gives you a nice
report.

I just run it on the Mailbox directory.
