Obviously you dont have to deal with small business much. Cheap is the
name of the game. They dont want a $400 T-1 when you can get a 1mb dsl or
cable for $40. And sure you can get hard IP's on these types of circuits,
but many are still blacklisted so its does no good.

how can you run an MX without a fixed IP to send to? If they are
businesses, they need to get serious and stop being cheap with mass-mar
