That doesn't even come close to an open data license. You might ask for explicit permission to reuse their data in OpenStreetMap.org, but it's very unlikely they will grant that.
So the best you can do, is visit all the stops and map them with a group of people. Then start looking in the lines. That's a lot of work, which is never really done.
