It may not be *Vitex negundo* as the tree is a very tall tree (reason why I
could not get close ups of leaves) with simple leaves and white coloured
flowers. I will try to get some more photographs of the tree; unfortunately

S. elatior is more like S. edgeworthii (sepals without scarious margin)
with much longer filaments. This one seems to have clearly scarious margin.
I would go with. S. himalayensis.
