Quickstick (Gliricidia sepium) in flower.... a tree native to Central
America and Mexico which grows well in India... Plenty in Mhow (MP),
rare in Delhi.  Also known as - Nicaraguan Shade Tree, Cocoa Shade,
Spotted Gliricidia, mexican lila

I have not heard of any local name. Pradip Krishen's field guide
"Trees of Delhi" confirmed this. It actually mentions "no local
name"...
Has any member heard of any Indian name?
