It is Grewia nervosa, which shows yellow flower and unlobed drupes..
Grewia  serrulata having white coloured flower and drupe is two lobed.

I too think that this is G nervosa, 
after looking at shape of the leaves and flower
of both the species. It was troubling me earlier.

G.serrulata does have yellow flowers sometimes 
and unfortunately the drupes are not formed yet.
On the next visit to Karnala I shall surely 
visit the tree again to look at the drupes.
