Ahh! Thank you Viplav ji for the ID. I recollect seeing flowers on these trees at the same location at this time of the year, a couple of years ago (posted here <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/indiantreepix/Zo-Xzp6ZaHY>). This year no flowers.
