The only rubiaceae member that comes closer to this concerned species is *Hyptianthera stricta* (Roxb. ex Schult.) Wight & Arn.
*Points to be noted :* 1. *more detailed pictures and/or description featuring different aspects of the species would have been much appreciated, and most importantly, would have helped to zero in. Otherwise much time is wasted.* 2. *As per 'Flora Indica', Randia stricta (* *Hyptianthera stricta ) is "... shrubby ..."* 3. *As per a paper, from Thailand, on Rubiaceae, " ..... Hyptiathera stricta is variable in oth vegetative features and characters ...."* *Nevertheless, no word above ever claims that this species is **Hyptianthera stricta* (Roxb. ex Schult.) Wight & Arn.
