Yes, few mature branches may be partially erect but generally the plant 
habit is prostrate. There are no plant habit and habitat images in the post 
to see how erect and tall plants were in-situ. 
Image DSC_0064.JPG clearly shows weak stems and not with upright erect 
stature.
