Yes Most genera of Scrophulariaceae (originally with more than 275 genera)
have been placed under Plantaginaceae (nearly 90 genera) with lesser (42,
Thorne, 2007; 65 APG III with merger of Budlejaceae and Selaginaceae)
remaining in Scrophulariaceae.
The two families are distinct in that
Pergularia I think has prickly fruits.

I would have also liked the full tree photograph. Somehow this tree is
amidst many other tall full grown trees that it was difficult to get it
clear in single viewand of course the limitation of the Canon macro lens
which nowadays I carry has limitation of getting full shots like
Bose and choudhury from their experience have written that it is a medium
