Flowers may be sinking for one very simple reason :) RISE IN THE WATER LEVEL OF THE RESERVOIR OR CONTAINER!! As it is evident from the pics that leaves and flowers are healthy and even the leaves are sinking. Usually in both water Lilly and Lotus floral stalk length depends on the depth of the pond/reservoir, I assume. Pankaj
